Department: Administration

Location: RAJPURA ( SHAMBOO)

Reporting To: Office Manager / Admin Executive

Job Summary

The Office Boy / Peon is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting with daily office activities, handling documents, and supporting staff with routine administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of office, pantry, and washrooms
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery
Assist in opening and closing the office
Collect and distribute mail, courier, and packages
Support staff with basic office errands
Refill pantry and office supplies when required
Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office events
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum education: 8th / 10th pass (preferred)
Basic understanding of office work
Polite, honest, and disciplined
Ability to follow instructions
Physically fit for daily office duties
