Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, punctual and hardworking Office Boy to support the day-to-day operations of our office. The candidate will assist with office maintenance, refreshments, documentation and routine administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the office, pantry, meeting rooms and common areas.

• Serve tea, coffee, water and refreshments to employees and visitors.

• Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, filing and movement of documents.

• Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels and office documents.

• Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office areas when required.

• Monitor and maintain pantry and basic office supplies.

• Support in routine office-related tasks.

• Assist with outdoor office errands as assigned.

• Ensure office furniture, equipment and common areas are properly arranged.

• Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 0–6 months; freshers are welcome.

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass preferred.

• Basic communication and reading/writing skills.

• Should be punctual, disciplined, honest and well-mannered.

• Good personal hygiene and a responsible attitude.

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• Willingness to perform both indoor and outdoor office-support activities.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
