Key Responsibilities
Open and close the office as per working hours.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Deliver and collect documents, files, and parcels within or outside the office.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing documents.
Purchase office supplies and other required items from local markets.
Handle courier dispatch and receipt of packages.
Support office staff with routine administrative tasks.
Ensure meeting rooms are clean and prepared before meetings.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
