Job Description:

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Office Boy to assist with daily office operations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Office Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness of office spaces, including dusting, cleaning sofas and tables, and maintaining common areas (ground floor, lifts, corridors, conference rooms, restrooms).

• Water Management: Refill water dispensers for clients and transport water as needed.

• Office Supplies & Equipment: Monitor and ensure availability of office tools and materials.

• AC Maintenance: Daily cleaning of AC filters and indoor units, and managing AC trippers.

• Courier Services: Promptly deliver couriers to clients.

• Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist with turning lights on/off, coordinating with Admin, and purchasing materials when required.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and cleaning.

• Reliable and punctual.

• Good communication skills.
