3. Data & Record Management

   • Assisting in maintaining office files, records, and basic data entry as required.

   • Supporting staff in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.

4. General Assistance

   • Serving tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors.

   • Assisting in day-to-day office activities as directed by management.
