Responsibilities:
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, washrooms, and pantry.
Maintain pantry supplies (tea, coffee, milk, snacks, water bottles, etc.) and serve refreshments to staff and guests.
Support in setting up meeting rooms (arranging chairs, serving water/refreshments, etc.).
Assist in minor office maintenance (changing light bulbs, arranging furniture, etc.).
Replenish and manage stock of cleaning materials and office supplies.
Ensure proper disposal of office waste and maintain cleanliness standards.
Provide support during office events (arrangements, serving, cleaning after events).
Perform any other small tasks assigned by management or staff.
Requirements:
Previous experience in housekeeping or office support preferred.
Basic communication and understanding of office etiquette.
Honest, disciplined, and reliable.
Ability to handle multiple small tasks efficiently.
Punctual and willing to take initiative.
