Office Boy

Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, washrooms, and pantry.

• Maintain pantry supplies (tea, coffee, milk, snacks, water bottles, etc.) and serve refreshments to staff and guests.

• Support in setting up meeting rooms (arranging chairs, serving water/refreshments, etc.).

• Assist in minor office maintenance (changing light bulbs, arranging furniture, etc.).

• Replenish and manage stock of cleaning materials and office supplies.

• Ensure proper disposal of office waste and maintain cleanliness standards.

• Provide support during office events (arrangements, serving, cleaning after events).

• Perform any other small tasks assigned by management or staff.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or office support preferred.

• Basic communication and understanding of office etiquette.

• Honest, disciplined, and reliable.

• Ability to handle multiple small tasks efficiently.

• Punctual and willing to take initiative.
