Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises.

• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

• Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing of office documents.

• Assist staff with small tasks like delivering documents within the office.

• Manage and stock office supplies (stationery, pantry items, etc.).

• Support in arranging meeting rooms, office events, and other admin activities.

• Assist in shifting, moving, or basic office maintenance work as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: 10th pass (preferred).

• Prior experience as an office boy/helper will be an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of cleaning and serving etiquette.

• Punctual, reliable, and hardworking.
