Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of office areas (desk, pantry, washroom, etc.)

• Serve tea/coffee and water to staff and guests

• Handle documents and files between departments

• Manage courier – receiving and dispatching

• Assist in photocopying, scanning, and basic clerical tasks

• Ensure pantry and office supplies are stocked

• Support office events and internal meetings

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Admin/HR team
