Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office (pantry, washroom, work area, etc.)

• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.

• Assist in filing, photocopying, scanning, and document delivery within the office.

• Handle outdoor tasks such as bank deposits, courier handling, and purchasing office supplies.

• Manage pantry stock and ensure necessary items are always available.

• Support the admin and HR department in daily operational activities.

• Ensure meeting rooms are clean and ready before meetings.

• Assist in arranging office events or functions when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th pass or equivalent.

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.

• Polite, punctual, and trustworthy.

• Basic knowledge of handling office equipment (printer, photocopy, etc.)
