Key Responsibilities
Driving Duties: Safely driving company vehicles to transport staff, clients, or management.
Vehicle Maintenance: Keeping the car clean, fueled, and serviced; ensuring necessary documents (insurance, fitness) are up to date.
Office Maintenance: Cleaning, dusting, and organizing the workspace, including meeting rooms and workstations.
Pantry & Hospitality: Serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Administrative Errands: Delivering documents, courier packages, and purchasing office supplies or groceries.
General Support: Assisting with photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Requirements
License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Experience: Generally 0.5-1 years of experience in similar roles.
