Maintain cleanliness of office premises, including restrooms, pantry, and meeting rooms
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Run errands such as purchasing supplies or delivering documents
Monitor and restock office supplies and pantry items
Set up meeting rooms and assist with event preparations
