• Housekeeping & Cleanliness:

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises (desks, pantry, toilets, meeting rooms).

  • Ensure that all work areas are clean and organized throughout the day.

• Pantry Services:

  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests.

  • Ensure pantry stock is maintained (milk, sugar, tea bags, etc.).

  • Keep the kitchen/pantry area clean and organized.

• Administrative Support:

  • Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents.

  • Deliver and collect documents from other departments or offices when required.

  • Support staff in basic office tasks as requested.

• Errands & Outdoor Work:

  • Visit the post office, bank, or courier service as needed.

  • Purchase or collect office supplies and other essentials from the market.

• Meeting & Guest Support:
