Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of office areas, pantry.
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery.
Support administrative staff with basic tasks.
Monitor and replenish office supplies.
Arrange meeting rooms and assist during meetings.
Ensure office equipment and pantry items are properly maintained.
Follow office rules, safety, and hygiene standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum education: 10th & 12 th pass.
Basic understanding of office routines.
Polite, well-mannered, and professional behaviour.
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
