Job Title: Office Boy / Office Assistant

Job Summary:

The Office Boy is responsible for providing support services to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. He assists staff with administrative tasks, maintains office cleanliness, handles refreshments, and supports basic clerical work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and pantry.

• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.

• Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical tasks.

• Collect, deliver, and distribute documents, files, and parcels within and outside the office.

• Handle pantry supplies, ensuring stock is available and maintained.

• Run small errands such as bank deposits, courier services, or purchasing office supplies.

• Assist in setting up meeting rooms (arranging chairs, projectors, stationery, etc.).

• Support the admin and HR teams with day-to-day tasks as assigned.

• Ensure that the office environment is neat, organized, and welcoming for staff and visitors.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (depending on company policy).

• Basic knowledge of office work (filing, photocopying, handling couriers, etc.).

• Good communication and polite behavior.

• Hardworking, punctual, and trustworthy.

• Ability to handle multiple small tasks efficiently.
