Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will help maintain cleanliness, assist staff, and handle basic administrative and support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Maintain cleanliness of office premises (desks, pantry, meeting rooms, etc.)
Handle incoming and outgoing documents, files, and courier deliveries
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Run office errands such as banking, purchasing supplies, etc.
Support administrative staff in day-to-day tasks
Ensure pantry items are stocked and organized
Open and close the office as required
