• रोज़ ऑफिस खोलना और बंद करना।

• ऑफिस, पैंट्री और सामान रखने की जगह साफ़ और व्यवस्थित रखना।

• स्टाफ और मेहमानों को ज़रूरत पड़ने पर पानी, चाय-कॉफी देना।

• ऑफिस के छोटे-मोटे काम जैसे सामान इधर-उधर पहुँचाना।

• पार्सल या ज़रूरी कागज़ बाहर देना या लाना।

पैकेजिंग और डिस्पैच

• बुक्स और टॉयज़ को ध्यान से और अच्छे से पैक करना।

• पैकेट पर सही लेबल और सील लगाना।

• पैकिंग का सामान (कार्टन, टेप, बबल रैप) संभालकर रखना और कमी हो तो बताना।

• कूरियर/डिलीवरी वाले को पैकेट देना और सामान लोड/अनलोड करने में मदद करना।
