Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve tea/coffee to employees and guests twice daily.
Purchase and bring lunch/food for employees from nearby restaurants or food outlets during lunch hours.
Maintain cleanliness of the office, including desks, cabins, pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas.
Perform daily dusting, sweeping, and basic cleaning tasks.
Ensure pantry supplies such as tea, sugar, water, and disposable items are adequately stocked.
Assist with photocopying, document delivery, and other routine office support tasks when required.
Handle miscellaneous office errands as assigned by management.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment at all times.
