Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy / Helper / Peon to assist with daily office operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, supporting staff, and handling basic office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises

Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing documents

Assist in opening and closing the office

Run errands such as banking, courier delivery, and purchasing office supplies

Help in moving and arranging office items, furniture, or files

Monitor and replenish pantry and office supplies

Support administrative staff as required

Requirements:

Minimum education: 8th / 10th pass

Basic understanding of office work

Honest, punctual, and disciplined

Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks

Good attitude and willingness to learn
