Job Role
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness of office areas, meeting rooms, and pantry.
Deliver and collect documents within or outside the office.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing.
Handle courier and postal services.
Purchase office supplies and pantry items when required.
Help arrange meeting rooms and office events.
