Job Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
Maintain the office pantry and ensure pantry supplies are stocked.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and other office tasks.
Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office materials as required.
Purchase office supplies and other required items as instructed.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and serving refreshments during meetings.
Ensure proper maintenance of office furniture, equipment, and common areas.
Travel daily for office-related work, including visits to company outlets, banks, courier offices, vendors, government offices, and other assigned locations.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
Minimum 6 months of experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant, or in a similar role.
Basic reading and writing skills.
Honest, punctual, responsible, and well-groomed.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit and capable of handling day-to-day office support activities.
Willingness to travel daily for office-related work.
