मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

• कार्यालय परिसर (कमरे, पैंट्री, वॉशरूम आदि) की साफ-सफाई करना

• स्टाफ और मेहमानों को चाय/कॉफी/पानी देना

• दस्तावेज़ों की फोटोकॉपी, स्कैनिंग और फाइलिंग जैसे छोटे-मोटे दफ्तर के काम करना

• कोरियर/डाक को एक स्थान से दूसरे स्थान पर पहुंचाना

• मीटिंग रूम्स को साफ और व्यवस्थित रखना

• ज़रूरत पड़ने पर ऑफिस फर्नीचर या उपकरणों को शिफ्ट करने में सहायता करना

• ऑफिस में ज़रूरी चीज़ों की उपलब्धता की निगरानी रखना

• अन्य स्टाफ सदस्यों की छोटे कार्यों में सहायता करना

योग्यता:

• न्यूनतम 10वीं पास

• ऑफिस बॉय/हेल्पर के रूप में पूर्व अनुभव को प्राथमिकता

• समयनिष्ठ, ईमानदार और मेहनती

• स्वच्छता और हाइजीन की सामान्य समझ
