About the Role

Fixl Solutions is looking for a reliable and responsible Office Assistant / Office Support Staff to support the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

The ideal candidate should be punctual, well-mannered, responsible, and comfortable handling basic office-support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the office and pantry area.

• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors.

• Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing, and basic document handling.

• Manage movement and organization of files and documents within the office.

• Support the team with basic office errands and day-to-day requirements.

• Ensure pantry and common areas remain clean and organized.

• Assist with other general office-support tasks as required.

• Maintain a professional and helpful attitude with employees and visitors.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass preferred

• Prior experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant, Helper, Pantry Staff, or similar role will be an advantage.

• Freshers may also be considered.

• Should be reliable, punctual, and responsible.

• Basic communication skills.

• Should be comfortable working in an office environment.

• Candidates living in or around Mansarovar, Jaipur will be preferred due to the work schedule.
