Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Clean and maintain the office premises, including desks, floors, pantry, and meeting rooms.
Monitor and refill office supplies like stationery and pantry items.
Handle outdoor tasks such as delivering documents, banking, or purchasing office essentials.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing for internal or external meetings.
Support administrative staff with photocopying, filing, and other clerical duties.
Collect and distribute mail, couriers, and other documents as needed.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the office, especially pantry and washroom areas.
Perform other related duties as required.
