Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the office, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff, visitors, and guests.
Handle routine office errands such as collecting and delivering documents, parcels, letters, and other materials.
Assist in photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and organizing documents as required.
Purchase or arrange basic office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and other necessary materials.
Assist with setting up meeting rooms, arranging chairs, documents, refreshments, and other requirements for meetings.
Support staff with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Coordinate with delivery personnel, couriers, vendors, and service providers when required.
Ensure office supplies and pantry items are adequately stocked and inform the concerned person when replenishment is required.
Assist with banking, courier, post-office, or other external office-related errands when assigned.
Help maintain proper organization of files, records, stationery, and office equipment.
Assist in opening and closing routine office arrangements, as required.
Follow workplace safety, hygiene, confidentiality, and professional conduct standards.
Perform any other reasonable office support duties assigned by the management.
