Job Description

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, workstations, pantry, washrooms, and meeting rooms.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments to employees, guests, and clients.
Arrange meeting rooms before and after meetings.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and document organization.
Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and courier items within or outside the office.
Deposit cheques, collect documents, and perform bank or government office errands as assigned.
Monitor and replenish pantry supplies, stationery, and other office consumables.
Assist in loading, unloading, and shifting office materials whenever required.
Ensure office furniture, equipment, and common areas are maintained in good condition and report any maintenance issues.
Open and close the office as per management instructions.
Perform any other administrative or support duties assigned by the Administration or HR Department.
