Job Description

We are looking for a sincere, disciplined, and responsible Office Peon to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, serving tea/coffee and water, assisting employees with routine office tasks, handling office errands, and ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Open and close the office on time.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all office areas.
Serve water, tea, and coffee to employees and visitors.
Assist in pantry management and heat lunch for employees when required.
Handle office-related errands such as courier, stationery, banking, and other assigned tasks.
Support HR and other departments with routine office work.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a professional attitude at all times.

Requirements

Minimum 10th Pass.
1–2 years of experience as an Office Peon/Office Assistant preferred.
Honest, punctual, polite, and hardworking.
Basic understanding of office etiquette and cleanliness.
Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks on time.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
