Key Responsibilities
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness of office premises, desks, and meeting rooms.
Handle basic photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing work.
Deliver documents and files between departments.
Assist with office errands and other administrative tasks.
Maintain pantry supplies and office stationery.
Ensure meeting rooms are ready before meetings.
Follow instructions given by office management.
