Key Responsibilities and Duties
Office Maintenance: Cleaning desks, tables, and equipment, emptying wastebaskets, and ensuring common areas are tidy and well-organized.
Pantry/Refreshment Services: Serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors; maintaining cleanliness of the pantry.
Clerical Support: Distributing letters, files, and documents between departments; scanning, printing, and photocopying documents.
Logistics & Errands: Assisting with buying office supplies, managing incoming/outgoing mail, and carrying out bank-related tasks if necessary.
Administrative Support: Assisting employees with basic office tasks and helping with meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is typical.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar office assistance role is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills: Good communication skills, basic computer literacy (optional but preferred), ability to multitask, and a proactive, professional attitude.
