Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises (workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, washrooms, etc.).
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle basic errands such as photocopying, filing, and document delivery.
Assist in organizing and setting up meetings (arranging chairs, refreshments, stationery, etc.).
Receive, sort, and deliver mail/packages within the office.
Support staff in shifting or moving office materials when required.
Ensure office supplies (tea, coffee, pantry items, stationery) are stocked.
Run outside errands such as depositing cheques, collecting documents, etc., when needed.
Perform any other general office duties as assigned.
