Key Responsibilities:
● Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the office, pantry, and meeting rooms.
● Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
● Manage office errands, such as going to the post office, bank, or delivering documents, and payment collection.
● Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents when needed.
● Ensure pantry supplies (tea, coffee, sugar, water, etc.) are well-stocked.
● Support staff in setting up for meetings and events.
● Dispose of garbage regularly and maintain general hygiene standards.
● Ensure all office equipment is turned off at the end of the day (lights, ACs, etc.).
