Job Summary:
The office boy is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff with basic tasks, handling errands, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Clean office areas, including desks, floors, pantry, and restrooms
Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Deliver and collect documents within and outside the office
Assist in organizing meetings and setting up conference rooms
Maintain office supplies and inform when stock is low
Run errands such as banking, post office visits, or purchases
Help in loading/unloading items if required
Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain hygiene
