Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy / Office Assistant to support our daily office operations. The role includes maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff with basic tasks, handling deliveries, and ensuring the office is organized and running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Maintain office cleanliness (desk area, pantry, meeting rooms, washrooms, etc.)
Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors when needed
Support with basic office work (photocopying, scanning, filing, etc.)
Handle courier, parcel delivery, and office errands (bank, stationery, etc.)
Assist with arranging meeting rooms and office setup
Maintain pantry supplies and help with stock checking
Support housekeeping tasks and daily office upkeep
Follow instructions from admin/office manager

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 10th pass / 12th pass preferred
Previous experience preferred but not mandatory
Honest, punctual, and well-mannered
Physically fit for daily office duties
Basic understanding of office discipline and hygiene
Ability to follow instructions properly
