Office Boy

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy / Office Assistant to support our daily office operations. The role includes maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff with basic tasks, handling deliveries, and ensuring the office is organized and running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office cleanliness (desk area, pantry, meeting rooms, washrooms, etc.)

• Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors when needed

• Support with basic office work (photocopying, scanning, filing, etc.)

• Handle courier, parcel delivery, and office errands (bank, stationery, etc.)

• Assist with arranging meeting rooms and office setup

• Maintain pantry supplies and help with stock checking

• Support housekeeping tasks and daily office upkeep

• Follow instructions from admin/office manager

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass / 12th pass preferred

• Previous experience preferred but not mandatory

• Honest, punctual, and well-mannered

• Physically fit for daily office duties

• Basic understanding of office discipline and hygiene

• Ability to follow instructions properly
