Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle office cleaning, including workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, and washrooms.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document handling.
Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office supplies as required.
Purchase office stationery, pantry items, and other materials when needed.
Arrange meeting rooms before meetings and keep them organized.
Dispose of office waste regularly and maintain cleanliness standards.
Assist with loading and unloading office supplies when required.
Perform other office support tasks assigned by the management.
