Office Boy

• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office, including workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, and washrooms.

• Handle indoor office errands such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and delivering documents.

• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing them for internal or client meetings.

• Monitor and replenish pantry stock (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, etc.).

• Dispatch documents/parcels via courier or deliver items as required.

• Support office maintenance tasks like switching on/off lights, ACs, and ensuring tidiness.

• Assist in loading/unloading office supplies and materials.

• Ensure secure handling of confidential papers and materials.

• Run external errands like bank work, bill payments, post office visits, etc. (if required).
