Office Maintenance: Ensure a tidy work environment by cleaning desks, sweeping floors, emptying trash, and maintaining the cleanliness of the pantry and restrooms.
Pantry Duties: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to employees and guests. Clean used cups and restock beverage supplies.
Errands & Mail: Sort incoming mail, deliver packages, and handle outdoor tasks like paying utility bills, making bank deposits, or picking up office supplies.
Clerical Support: Assist administrative staff with photocopying, document binding, filing, and organizing meeting rooms.
Inventory Management: Monitor the stock of stationery, pantry items, and cleaning supplies, and alert management when items need to be restocked.
