Position Overview

The Office Boy / Office Assistant will be responsible for providing general support to the office staff and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of office activities. This role involves clerical assistance, maintaining cleanliness, serving refreshments, and handling errands to support overall office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the office, meeting rooms, and pantry area.

• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

• Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical tasks.

• Handle incoming and outgoing documents, couriers, and deliveries.

• Assist in arranging and setting up meetings or conferences.

• Manage office supplies such as stationery and pantry stock.

• Deliver documents and perform errands outside the office (e.g., bank, post office).

• Provide support to staff and visitors as required.

• Ensure adherence to office discipline, hygiene, and basic safety practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum qualification: SSC / HSC or equivalent.

• Prior experience as an Office Boy / Office Assistant preferred.

• Basic knowledge of handling office equipment (printer, photocopier, scanner).

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and disciplined.

• Ability to multitask and work under supervision.

Working Conditions
