The Peon at Clystra Networks Pvt. Ltd. plays an essential role in maintaining smooth office operations. The role includes assisting office staff, supporting the admin team, handling daily cleaning tasks, managing documents, helping with minor errands, and ensuring the office environment remains clean, safe, and organized for all employees.
Assist office staff and management in day-to-day operational activities.
Serve water, tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
Help HR, Admin, and Accounts departments with document movement and basic clerical support.
Assist technicians or field teams when required for small tasks.
Ensure the entire office premises are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained.
Clean cabins, tables, chairs, washrooms, reception, and pantry area daily.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and office assets.
Dispose of garbage at scheduled intervals.
Deliver and collect documents, files, letters, challans, invoices, or materials within or outside the office.
Hand over documents to vendors, customers, or staff as instructed.
Assist in filing and organizing documents.
Maintain pantry items such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water bottles, and snacks.
Keep the pantry area clean and hygienic.
Ensure stock availability and request for refilling pantry items when low.
Switch lights, fans, ACs, and office equipment on/off as needed.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms for internal or external meetings.
Support in shifting office items, furniture, boxes, or stocks when required.
Coordinate with outside vendors such as housekeeping, pest control, or repair technicians if requested.
Visit banks, courier offices, or nearby locations to deliver/collect documents.
Bring office supplies, lunch, stationery, or small equipment as per instructions.
Support store or project departments during urgent requirements.
Follow company rules, timings, and decorum.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Report any safety hazards, damages, or issues to Admin/HR immediately.
Ensure secure locking of office doors, cabinets, and stock areas when instructed.
Minimum 10th pass (preferred).
Basic reading/writing skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
Good behavior and cooperative attitude.
Punctuality and discipline.
Willingness to take instructions and work responsibly.
Basic understanding of cleaning and hygiene standards.
Cleanliness & hygiene level of office premises.
