Job Description
- Keep yourself clean
- Manage time to handle multiple calls
- Visit customers and keep accurate records
- Explain product features and benefits
•Job Title:• Office Boy / Helper
•Key Responsibilities:•
Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness in office areas, washrooms, pantry, and store room
Dust furniture, shelves, and workstations regularly
Assist in physical stock counting and maintaining inventory records
Help in picking and packing products based on written orders or product names
Serve tea/coffee and water to staff and guests
Run small errands as needed (e.g., photocopying, local deliveries, etc.)
Ensure pantry items and cleaning supplies are restocked
Support office staff in day-to-day tasks when required
•Requirements:•
Basic reading skills (should be able to read product names and instructions)
Basic counting and math skills (for inventory and quantity checks)
Honest, punctual, and willing to learn
Physically fit and active
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
•Office Timings:• 9:30 to 6 and 12:00 to 8:00
