Load and unload materials, supplies, and equipment safely
Move materials within the premises as required
Assist in packing, shifting, and arranging materials
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, stores, and office premises
Serve tea, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors when required
Carry files, documents, and office materials
Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other basic office tasks
Support staff in routine administrative and operational work
Open and close rooms and help in arranging furniture
Perform errands such as visiting vendors, post office, or bank if required
Follow safety instructions and supervisor’s directions at all times
