Responsibilities-
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff, executives, and guests during meetings or daily routines.
Ensure all work areas, meeting rooms, reception, and pantry areas are kept clean, tidy, and presentable throughout the day.
Carry files, documents, and correspondence between departments and staff members.
Assist with basic office operations such as photocopying, scanning, shredding, and filing documents.
