Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents
Deliver and collect documents within or outside the office
Assist in loading/unloading office supplies and materials
Purchase office groceries, stationery, and other items as required
Support administrative staff in day-to-day tasks
Ensure pantry, meeting rooms, and reception area are clean
Open and close the office as instructed
Assist guests and visitors courteously
