Job Description

Maintain a clean, neat office environment, including common areas and individual workstations, and ensure files and records, both physical and digital, are organized for easy retrieval, confidentiality, and data security.
Assist with general office operations such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, preparing forms, ordering and managing office supplies, and coordinating maintenance of equipment like printers and computers.
Prepare tea for staff and keep workstations clean and tidy.
Provide proactive administrative support to team members and handle miscellaneous tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Efficiently pick up and drop off visa documents from clients and vendors, prepare and submit them to the relevant authorities, and ensure all deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
