Office Boy

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily Office Operations:

  • Switch ON and OFF all office lights, ACs, fans, and equipment as per schedule

  • Operate and monitor generator (genset) as required (ON/OFF, fuel check)

  • Open and close the office premises securely at designated hours

• General Maintenance & Cleaning:

  • Attend to basic electrical and plumbing issues (light replacements, minor leaks, etc.)

  • Perform minimal repair and upkeep tasks as needed

  • Glass surface cleaning, fan cleaning, and general dusting

• Support & Coordination:

  • Maintain basic records/logs (e.g., maintenance checklist, genset usage, repair calls)

  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers (e.g., electricians, cleaners)

  • Monitor and assist during repair or service visits

• Other Duties:

  • Assist with moving office supplies or minor shifting

  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of premises, pantry, and common areas

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the admin/manager

• Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of operating electrical equipment and genset

  • Should be proactive and responsible in handling maintenance duties

  • Physically fit, punctual, and trustworthy

  • Prior experience in office maintenance preferred

  • Ability to coordinate with vendors and keep simple records
