Key Responsibilities:

Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Maintain cleanliness of office premises (desks, pantry, meeting rooms)
Handle office errands such as delivering documents, parcels, or messages
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Manage office supplies and inform when stock is low
Help in setting up meeting rooms and arranging materials
Open and close the office (if required)
Support staff with basic tasks as needed
