Serve beverages (tea, coffee, water) to staff and visitors as required.
Handle routine office cleaning, including dusting, sweeping, and maintaining tidiness.
Collect and distribute documents, packages, or courier deliveries within the office.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Ensure office supplies (stationery, pantry items, etc.) are stocked and inform management when replenishment is needed.
Help arrange meeting rooms and prepare them before and after use.
Support administrative staff with basic clerical duties.
Run errands as instructed by management (e.g., banking, post office, vendor visits).
Ensure pantry, washrooms, rooftops, and reception areas remain neat and clean.
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
