The Office Assistant/Office Boy is responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, supporting daily administrative activities, handling refreshments, assisting staff with routine tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises, workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
Prepare and Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office supplies as required.
Support office setup for meetings, events, and conferences.
Monitor and replenish pantry, stationery, and cleaning supplies.
Handle banking, courier, and other outdoor office-related tasks when required.
Assist visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Ensure office equipment and furniture are kept clean and in proper condition.
Follow company policies regarding safety, hygiene, and workplace conduct.
