Office Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises, cabins, pantry, washrooms, and common areas.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and document movement.
Handle courier dispatch and collection activities.
Arrange meeting rooms before and after meetings.
Support administrative staff in routine office tasks.
Purchase office stationery and pantry items as instructed.
Godown Responsibilities:
Assist in loading and unloading of materials.
Support material shifting, stacking, and proper storage in the godown.
Ensure materials are kept systematically and safely.
Assist in stock counting and physical verification.
Coordinate with warehouse staff during inward and outward material movement.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the godown area.
Inform the supervisor immediately regarding any damaged material or shortage.
