Responsibilities:
Open and prepare the office every morning.
Keep office premises neat, clean, and organized throughout the day.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Handle filing, photocopying, and basic office documentation.
Visit banks for deposits, withdrawals, and other office-related work.
Purchase and manage office supplies and materials as required.
Deliver or collect documents, parcels, and materials within or outside the office.
Assist office staff with routine tasks and maintain discipline and punctuality.
Handling minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
Watering to plants etc.
