1. General Office Support

Opening and closing the office

Cleaning desks, chairs, and common areas

Ensuring office is neat and organized

2. Handling Documents

Delivering files, documents, and parcels within the office or to other offices

Photocopying, scanning, and filing documents

Assisting staff with basic paperwork

3. Pantry & Refreshments

Serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors

Maintaining cleanliness of pantry area

4. Outdoor Work

Going to banks, post office, courts, or government offices for official work

Depositing cheques, collecting documents, etc.

5. Visitor Assistance

Greeting visitors and informing concerned staff

Arranging seating and refreshments

6. Office Maintenance

Monitoring office supplies (stationery, cleaning items)

Informing management about repairs or shortages

7. Miscellaneous Tasks

Assisting senior staff as required

Handling small errands and urgent tasks
